These Terms govern your use of VANA's website and the VANAlite application. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

VANAlite is a desktop application that watches your screen and provides real-time critique and assistance. The full VANA agent is a separate offering available only through a demo.

Subscriptions & billing

  • VANAlite is offered on a subscription basis at $45 per month for individuals.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use VANAlite for the duration of your subscription. An individual license is for one person. Team and enterprise terms are provided separately.

Screen monitoring & consent

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and analyze the content on your screen.
  • Do not use VANAlite to capture content you are not authorized to access.
  • For team deployments, your organization must inform affected users and obtain any consent required by law before enabling supervisor visibility.

Acceptable use

  • Don't reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
  • Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent licensing or usage limits.

Disclaimers

VANAlite provides automated suggestions and is not a substitute for professional judgment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
